The onsemi FSAL200MTCX is a quad SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) analog switch. This device features four independent 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuits, each with a maximum on-state resistance of 12 Ohms. Designed for single supply operation from 3V to 5.5V, the FSAL200MTCX exhibits a -3dB bandwidth of 137MHz and low channel capacitance of 13pF. Channel-to-channel resistance matching (?Ron) is specified at 400 mOhms, with charge injection at 7pC and crosstalk below -70dB at 30MHz. Off-state leakage current (IS(off)) is a maximum of 100µA. Switching times are 20ns for turn-on and 10ns for turn-off. The component is supplied in a 16-TSSOP package for surface mounting. This device is utilized in applications such as audio signal routing, video switching, and general-purpose analog signal path control. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
