The onsemi FSA4159L6X is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch featuring a low on-resistance of 900mOhm maximum. This 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit is designed for single supply operation from 1.65V to 5.5V. It offers excellent performance with a -3dB bandwidth of 180MHz and low channel capacitance of 12pF.
