The onsemi FSA3357L8X is a single-circuit, 3:1 analog switch designed for high-performance applications. Featuring a low on-state resistance of 15 Ohms maximum and excellent channel-to-channel matching (?Ron) of 150 mOhms, this device ensures minimal signal degradation. With a -3dB bandwidth of 200 MHz and low crosstalk of -60dB at 10MHz, it is suitable for demanding audio and video signal routing. The FSA3357L8X operates from a single supply voltage of 1.65V to 5.5V and offers fast switching times of 6.5ns (On) and 3.7ns (Off). Its low leakage current of 100nA (Max) and channel capacitance of 3.6pF further enhance its suitability for power-conscious designs.
