The onsemi FSA266L8X is a 2-circuit, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) normally open analog switch. This device features a low on-resistance of 10 Ohms maximum and excellent channel-to-channel matching of 200 mOhms. With a -3dB bandwidth of 300MHz and fast switch times of 3.2ns (on) and 4.1ns (off), it is suitable for high-speed signal routing. The FSA266L8X operates from a single supply voltage ranging from 1.65V to 5.5V and exhibits a low leakage current of 100nA. Channel capacitance is 5pF. Crosstalk is rated at -70dB at 10MHz.
