This onsemi FSA1256L8X is a dual pole, single throw (SPST) analog switch featuring normally open (NO) contacts. Designed for high-performance applications, this device offers a low on-state resistance of 1.15 Ohms (Max) and a -3dB bandwidth of 300MHz. The 8-MicroPak™ package facilitates dense board layouts, suitable for consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial control systems. With a typical charge injection of 20pC and excellent crosstalk performance of -100dB @ 1MHz, the FSA1256L8X minimizes signal degradation. It operates from a single supply voltage ranging from 1.65V to 5.5V and features low leakage current of 2nA (Typ). The device supports a 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration and is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
