onsemi WSaver® FAN501AMPX is a highly integrated offline flyback controller designed for high-efficiency power conversion. This device operates within an 85kHz to 140kHz switching frequency range and features a fixed 68.5% duty cycle. Engineered for isolated power supplies, it incorporates robust fault protection mechanisms including current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection. The FAN501AMPX requires an external power switch. Its 10-MLP (4x3) package with an exposed pad facilitates efficient thermal management.
