NXP USA Inc. TrenchMOS™ BUK7230-55A-118 is an N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This device features a continuous drain current capability of 38A at 25°C (Tc) and a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 55V. With a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 30mOhm maximum at 25A and 10V Vgs, it minimizes conduction losses. The component is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications and operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 175°C (TJ). Its high power dissipation capability of 88W (Tc) and surface mount DPAK packaging (TO-252-3, DPAK) make it suitable for power management solutions in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics sectors.
