NXP USA Inc. BC847BT-115 is an NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for surface mount applications. This AEC-Q101 qualified component features a 45V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 100mA. With a transition frequency of 100MHz and a power dissipation capability of 150mW, it is suitable for general-purpose amplification and switching in automotive and industrial electronics. The transistor exhibits a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 200 at 2mA collector current and 5V collector-emitter voltage. Its Vce(sat) is specified at 400mV maximum for a base current of 5mA and collector current of 100mA. The SC-75 (SOT-416) package is supplied on a tape and reel for high-volume manufacturing.
