NXP USA Inc. JN5139-Z01-515 is a highly integrated wireless microcontroller for 2.4GHz IEEE 802.15.4 applications. This device combines a robust 802.15.4 compliant RF transceiver with a powerful 32-bit RISC processor, offering 192kB ROM and 96kB RAM for flexible application development.
