The NXP USA Inc. MC33988CHFKR2 is a versatile power switch/driver for demanding applications. This N-channel, 1:2 ratio device features a low Rds(on) of 8mOhm (Typ) and supports a wide load voltage range from 6V to 27V. Its 16-PQFN (12x12) package is designed for surface mount assembly.
