NXP USA Inc. MC17XS6500EKR2 is a high-side power switch designed for demanding automotive and industrial applications. This N-Channel device features six independent output channels, each configurable for general-purpose switching. With a low RDS(on) of 17mOhm typical, it minimizes power dissipation.
