NXP USA Inc. i.MX8Q series MIMX8DX2FVOFZAC is a heterogeneous multicore microprocessor featuring ARM Cortex-A53 and ARM Cortex-M4F cores. This 64-bit processor operates at up to 1.2GHz for the Cortex-A53 cores and 264MHz for the Cortex-M4F core. The device integrates multimedia processing capabilities with NEON extensions and a Hi-Fi4 DSP. Display and interface controllers include support for LCD, LVDS, MIPI-CSI, and MIPI-DSI. Networking is facilitated by dual 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet ports. For connectivity, it offers USB 2.0 OTG and USB 3.0 OTG with integrated PHYs. Memory support encompasses DDR3L SDRAM and LPDDR4 DRAM.
