NXP USA Inc. presents the NX3L4053HR-115, a triple pole double throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for high-performance applications. This device features three independent 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuits, each with a low on-state resistance of 800mOhm maximum. The channel-to-channel resistance matching is specified at 120mOhm. With a -3dB bandwidth of 60MHz and a charge injection of 15pC, it is suitable for signal routing in portable electronics, industrial control systems, and automotive applications. The switch operates with a single supply voltage range of 1.4V to 4.3V and exhibits excellent crosstalk rejection of -90dB at 100kHz. Leakage current is minimized to 10nA maximum. The NX3L4053HR-115 is supplied in a 16-HXQFN (3x3) package for surface mounting and operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
