NXP USA Inc. 74HCT4316N-112 is a quad single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. This device utilizes High-Speed CMOS logic and features a 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit configuration. Each of the four independent circuits offers a low on-state resistance of 135 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 6 Ohms. The device boasts a -3dB bandwidth of 160MHz and exhibits excellent crosstalk performance of -60dB at 1MHz. Operating over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it supports single supply voltages from 4.5V to 5.5V and dual supply configurations from ±1V to ±5V.
