The NXP Semiconductors LPC43S50FET180 is a 32-bit RISC microcontroller featuring a Cortex-M4 CPU operating at up to 204MHz. This CMOS device offers 270KB of on-chip RAM and 118 I/O lines. Connectivity options include dual CAN, Ethernet, dual I2C, dual I2S, QSPI, dual SSP, UART, triple USART, and dual USB interfaces.
