NXP Semiconductors MPC5602P series 32-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an e200 CPU core operating at up to 64MHz. This device offers 262KB of FLASH program memory and 20KB of on-chip SRAM, complemented by 65KB of Data EEPROM. It includes a rich peripheral set with 16-channel DMA, multiple CAN, DSPI, and SCI interfaces, along with 8 PWM channels and 6 timers. The MPC5602P also incorporates 16-channel 10-bit ADCs and 64 I/O lines. Designed for surface mounting, it is housed in a 100-terminal PQFP package with a 0.5mm terminal pitch. Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, it supports nominal 3.3V operation and is suitable for automotive and industrial applications. Boundary scan functionality is included.
