Nexperia's TL431BMFDT-8VL is an adjustable shunt voltage reference IC. This component features a precise 2.495V initial output voltage with a tight ±0.5% tolerance. It supports an output voltage range up to 36V and can deliver a continuous cathode current of up to 100 mA, with a minimum operating current of 600 µA.
