Nexperia USA Inc. BAS321-8X is a general-purpose diode engineered for high-reliability applications. This surface mount component, housed in a SOD-323 package (SC-76), offers a reverse voltage capability of up to 200V and an average rectified current of 250mA. With a forward voltage drop of 1.25V at 200mA and a reverse leakage current of only 100 nA at 200V, it exhibits efficient rectification characteristics. The diode features a fast recovery time of 50 ns, suitable for signal processing and switching circuits. Its low capacitance of 2pF at 0V and 1MHz, coupled with an operating junction temperature up to 150°C, makes it ideal for use in telecommunications, industrial control, and consumer electronics. The BAS321-8X is supplied on tape and reel.
