Nexperia BC817-40W-MIX is an NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) designed for surface mount applications. This component features a 45V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 500mA. The DC current gain (hFE) is specified at a minimum of 250 at 100mA collector current and 1V Vce.
