Nexperia USA Inc. PUMD15-ZLF is a pre-biased bipolar transistor array featuring one NPN and one PNP transistor. This dual transistor configuration offers integrated base resistors (4.7kOhms for both R1 and R2) facilitating simplified circuit design. Rated at 50V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 100mA, it boasts transition frequencies of 230MHz for the NPN and 180MHz for the PNP. With a maximum power dissipation of 300mW, the PUMD15-ZLF is housed in a 6-TSSOP package suitable for surface mounting.
