Nexperia USA Inc. PUMD13-ZLX is a pre-biased bipolar transistor (BJT) featuring a dual NPN and PNP configuration. This AEC-Q101 qualified component is designed for surface-mount applications within a 6-TSSOP package. It offers a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 50V and a maximum collector current (Ic) of 100mA. The device boasts a transition frequency of 230MHz for the NPN and 180MHz for the PNP.
