Nexperia USA Inc. PUMB9-ZLH is a pre-biased bipolar transistor featuring two PNP silicon transistors in a single package. This dual pre-biased configuration simplifies external circuitry by integrating base resistors. Each transistor offers a 50V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 100mA, with a transition frequency of 180MHz.
