Microsemi Corporation's GA300 is a standard recovery Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for general-purpose power control applications. This through-hole component, housed in a TO-18 metal can package (TO-206AA), features a repetitive peak off-state voltage of 60V. The GA300 exhibits a low 200µA maximum gate trigger current (Igt) and a 750mV maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt), facilitating reliable triggering.
