Microchip Technology USB50805C-TR13 is a bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust protection. Featuring a 5V reverse standoff voltage and a 6V minimum breakdown voltage, this component offers a 13V maximum clamping voltage at 5A peak pulse current (8/20µs). Its low capacitance of 3pF at 1MHz makes it suitable for high-speed data lines.
