The Microchip Technology TVSarray™ SMDA15C-4E3-TR7 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for robust electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. This 8-SOIC packaged component features 4 channels, offering a 15V reverse standoff voltage (VRWM) and a 16.7V minimum breakdown voltage. It provides a 30V maximum clamping voltage (VC) at a peak pulse current (IPP) of 5A (8/20µs), with a 300W peak pulse power rating.
