Microchip Technology's SMDA12C-4-TR13 is a bidirectional TVS diode array designed for transient voltage suppression. This component features 4 channels, providing robust protection for sensitive circuitry. With a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a breakdown voltage of 13.3V (minimum), it effectively clamps transients to 24V at a peak pulse current of 5A (8/20µs), dissipating up to 300W.
