Microchip Technology's SMDA03C-7-TR13 is a seven-channel, bidirectional TVSarray™ device designed for robust transient voltage suppression. Featuring a 3.3V reverse standoff voltage, this 8-SOIC packaged component offers a low 9V maximum clamping voltage at 5A peak pulse current (8/20µs). Its 300W peak pulse power capability and 4V minimum breakdown voltage ensure effective protection against damaging voltage surges.
