Microchip Technology's MXUPTB28E3 is a unidirectional Transil™ diode designed for robust transient voltage suppression. Featuring a reverse standoff voltage of 28V, this Zener-type device offers a minimum breakdown voltage of 31V. It excels in protecting sensitive circuitry with a maximum clamping voltage of 47.8V at a peak pulse current (Ipp) of 3.13A.
