Microchip Technology MV1N8149-TR is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust voltage surge protection. This axial-leaded component offers a 6.8V reverse standoff voltage and a minimum breakdown voltage of 7.79V. It features a peak pulse current capability of 11.7A (10/1000µs) and a clamping voltage of 12.8V at this peak current, dissipating up to 1500W (1.5kW) of peak pulse power.
