The Microchip Technology MSMLJ51A-TR is a unidirectional Transil™ TVS diode designed for robust transient voltage suppression. Featuring a 51V reverse standoff voltage and a 56.7V minimum breakdown voltage, this component offers a clamping voltage of 82.4V at a peak pulse current of 36.4A (10/1000µs). With a peak pulse power rating of 3000W (3kW), it provides effective protection against voltage transients. The device is housed in a DO-214AB (SMLJ) surface-mount package, supplied on tape and reel for automated assembly.
