Microchip Technology MSMCGLCE12AE3 is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for robust transient voltage suppression. This component features a 12V reverse standoff voltage and a 13.3V minimum breakdown voltage. It offers a low 19.9V clamping voltage at a peak pulse current of 75A (10/1000µs).
