Microchip Technology MSMBG130A-TR is a unidirectional Transil™ TVS diode designed for robust transient voltage suppression. This device offers a reverse standoff voltage of 130V and a breakdown voltage of 144V minimum. It features a peak pulse current capability of 2.9A (10/1000µs) and a clamping voltage of 209V at this current. With a peak pulse power rating of 600W, it is suitable for applications requiring protection against high-energy transients. The device is manufactured to meet MIL-PRF-19500 specifications, indicating its suitability for demanding environments, including military applications. Packaged in a DO-214AA (SMBG) surface mount case and supplied on tape and reel, the MSMBG130A-TR provides excellent protection in general-purpose applications.
