Microchip Technology MS1N8180 is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust overvoltage protection. This axial leaded component features a reverse standoff voltage of 130V and a breakdown voltage of 152V (minimum). When subjected to a 10/1000µs pulse, it exhibits a peak pulse current capability of 670mA and a maximum clamping voltage of 225V at this current.
