Microchip Technology MS1N8171 is a unidirectional Transil™ diode designed for transient voltage suppression. This axial-leaded component offers a reverse standoff voltage of 58V and a breakdown voltage of 64.6V (minimum). It features a peak pulse current capability of 1.6A with a 10/1000µs waveform, providing 150W of peak pulse power. The clamping voltage at peak pulse current is rated at 93.7V. Operating within a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C, the MS1N8171 is suitable for general-purpose applications. Its through-hole mounting and axial package (A, Axial) facilitate integration into various circuit designs.
