Microchip Technology MS1N8151 is a high-performance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust protection in demanding applications. This axial-packaged device features a reverse standoff voltage of 8.5V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 9.5V. With a peak pulse current capability of 10.3A (10/1000µs) and a peak pulse power rating of 150W, it effectively clamps transient overvoltages to a maximum of 14.5V at Ipp. The MS1N8151 operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 175°C (TJ).
