Microchip Technology MQ1N8153 is a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust protection against voltage transients. This through-hole component, packaged in an A, Axial configuration, offers a peak pulse current capability of 8.88A (10/1000µs) and a peak pulse power dissipation of 150W. With a reverse standoff voltage of 10V, it breaks down at a minimum of 11.4V and clamps transients to a maximum of 16.9V at its peak pulse current.
