Microchip Technology's MPLAD7-5KP14A-TR is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for robust transient voltage suppression. This Mini-PLAD packaged component offers a 14V reverse standoff voltage and a minimum breakdown voltage of 15.6V. It features a low clamping voltage of 23.2V at a peak pulse current (Ipp) of 323A (10/1000µs), providing excellent protection against high-energy surges with a peak pulse power of 7500W.
