The Microchip Technology MPLAD36KP26A-TR is a 36,000 Watt (36kW) Transil™ TVS diode designed for robust transient voltage suppression. This surface mount device features a 26V reverse standoff voltage and a breakdown voltage of 28.9V (minimum). Its clamping voltage is rated at 43V maximum at a peak pulse current of 838A (10/1000µs).
