Microchip Technology MPLAD36KP24A-TR is a high-power Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust protection in demanding applications. This surface-mount component, presented in a nonstandard SMD package, offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 36,000 Watts (36kW). It features a 24V reverse standoff voltage and a breakdown voltage of 26.7V (minimum). The clamping voltage reaches a maximum of 39.8V at a peak pulse current (Ipp) of 905A (10/1000µs).
