Microchip Technology's MPLAD18KP40A-TR is a high-power 18kW Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust protection in demanding applications. This surface mount device features a 40V standoff voltage and a breakdown voltage of 44.4V minimum. It provides a clamping voltage of 64.5V at a peak pulse current (Ipp) of 280A (10/1000µs).
