The Microchip Technology MLCE22AE3 is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust protection in demanding applications. Featuring a 22V reverse standoff voltage and a low 35.5V maximum clamping voltage at a peak pulse current of 42A (10/1000µs), this component offers excellent surge handling capabilities.
