Microchip Technology MLCE10A-TR is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for transient voltage suppression. This LCE series component offers a peak pulse power of 1500W (1.5kW) and a peak pulse current handling capability of 88A at a 10/1000µs waveform. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 10V and a breakdown voltage of 11.1V minimum. The clamping voltage is specified at 17V maximum for a peak pulse current of 88A.
