Microchip Technology MASMCJLCE15A-TR is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust overvoltage protection. This device features a reverse standoff voltage of 15V and a breakdown voltage of 16.7V (minimum). With a peak pulse current capability of 61A for a 10/1000µs waveform, it offers a clamping voltage of 24.4V at this current. The component delivers 1500W of peak pulse power dissipation and is housed in a DO-214AB (SMCJ) surface mount package. Qualified to MIL-PRF-19500 standards and meeting military grade requirements, this TVS diode is suitable for applications demanding high reliability.
