Microchip Technology MASMCJ90A is a 1500W (1.5kW) transient voltage suppressor diode designed for robust protection. This unidirectional device features a 90V reverse standoff voltage and a breakdown voltage of 100V minimum. With a 10/1000µs peak pulse current capability of 10.3A, it offers a clamping voltage of 146V at peak pulse current.
