The Microchip Technology MART100KP64AE3 is a 100kW peak pulse power transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust protection applications. This through-hole component, housed in a DO-204AR (Case 5A) axial package, features a reverse standoff voltage of 64V and a breakdown voltage of 71.1V minimum. It provides a maximum clamping voltage of 126V at 100kA peak pulse current. Qualified to MIL-PRF-19500 standards and designated as Military grade, this device operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
