The Microchip Technology MAP4KE400A is a 400W Transil™ diode designed for robust transient voltage suppression. This unidirectional device offers a reverse standoff voltage of 342V and a breakdown voltage of 380V (minimum). With a clamping voltage of 548V at a peak pulse current (Ipp) of 1A (10/1000µs), it effectively protects sensitive circuitry from transient overvoltages. The MAP4KE400A features a low leakage current and operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
