The Microchip Technology MDA series MADA3KP28A is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for robust transient voltage suppression. This surface mount component offers a peak pulse power of 3000W (3kW) and a substantial peak pulse current capability of 66A for a 10/1000µs waveform. Featuring a reverse standoff voltage of 28V, it provides a clamping voltage of no more than 45.4V at its peak pulse current. The breakdown voltage is a minimum of 31.1V.
