Microchip Technology M15KP220CA-TR is a bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust protection in demanding applications. This component features a 220V reverse standoff voltage and a 5% voltage tolerance. It offers a significant 15000W peak pulse power dissipation and handles a 42A peak pulse current (10/1000µs).
