The Microchip Technology M1-5KE400CAE3 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust overvoltage protection. This axial leaded device, packaged as DO-201AA or DO-27, offers a reverse standoff voltage of 324V and a breakdown voltage of 380V minimum. It features a peak pulse current rating of 4A with a clamping voltage of 548V at a 4A peak pulse current (10/1000µs). The component delivers 1500W (1.5kW) of peak pulse power. Qualified to MIL-PRF-19500 and designated as Military grade, this TVS diode is suitable for demanding applications in aerospace and defense, as well as general-purpose high-reliability systems.
