Microchip Technology's 1N5613 is an axial leaded Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust overvoltage protection. This Zener-type device features a peak pulse current handling capability of 5.7A (10/1000µs) and a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W (1.5kW). It offers a clamping voltage of 265V at its peak pulse current and a minimum breakdown voltage of 191V, with a typical reverse standoff voltage of 175V.
